Booking deposit
A deposit is required when booking and is deducted from your final tattoo price. It supports design preparation, consultation and the time reserved for your appointment.

 

If you cancel
Deposits are not normally refunded if you cancel solely because of a change of mind, a scheduling conflict or personal circumstances. This is subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law; we will not retain an amount that we are not legally entitled to retain.

 

Changing your appointment
You may reschedule once if you give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment. If you request a change with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

If you do not attend
If you do not attend and have not contacted us beforehand, your deposit is forfeited, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

If the studio or artist cancels
The customer-cancellation and no-show rules above do not apply when the studio or artist cancels. Contact us to discuss rescheduling or any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Paying the balance
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your tattoo appointment by cash, card or bank transfer.

 

Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund or other remedy when a service does not meet the consumer guarantees.
